Initial Public Beta eligibility
Deltafolio is operated by Naoya FUKUDA as an individual operator. This Initial Public Beta is for people aged 18 or older who reside in Japan, regardless of nationality. Residents of Japan may also use it while temporarily abroad, including for travel or competition, but connection quality and availability outside Japan are not guaranteed. You may register only your own Competition and Training Performances. Entering another athlete’s performances as a coach, parent, team member, or other proxy is outside this beta.
Your account and content
Safeguard your account and credentials. Register external Evidence, video links, or URLs only when you have the right to use and share them. Linking to content does not grant you rights to it.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service unlawfully, abusively, or deceptively; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or infringe another person’s rights.
Optional YouTube previews and playback
Deltafolio uses YouTube API Services for optional previews and playback of supported external video references. Accept the current Deltafolio Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at signup, or once when these documents materially change. After a substantive revision, ordinary Product access is restricted until you accept. Your Account and saved records are kept; basic CSV export, Account deletion, support/privacy requests, document access, logout and necessary authentication remain available. Product updates, typographical corrections without material changes, and new login sessions alone do not require legal reacceptance. Optional YouTube cookies or similar storage require a separate choice; agreeing to these documents does not enable them. By using this feature, you also agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service. Content remains subject to its owner’s rights and Google/YouTube restrictions; availability, embedding and playback are not guaranteed. Declining or disabling this feature does not prevent you from managing your performances or opening external links. Deltafolio does not upload or store the original video.
Public Beta service
The service is a public beta. Features, availability, and specifications may change. The service may be interrupted or unavailable.
